Chevrolet has chosen the Chicago motor show to detail its new City Express commercial vehicle. Essentially a rebadged Nissan NV200, the new Chevy van “offers a smaller, more efficient choice for businesses that don’t need the cargo volume or other capabilities of a full-size van,” according to Ed Peper, US vice president of GM Fleet and Commercial.
