SHOWTIME AT PRO-FAB: FOOD, MUSIC & BURN-OUTS!

‘The Oldwick (NJ) Café Racers break bread and smoke tires at one of NJ’s top specialty performance shops,’ blogs Tom Miller.

Once a year Joe Lavecchia and Bill Garofalo, open up the doors at Pro-Fab Chassis and host enthusiasts to a day of fun and games. And this included dyno demonstrations. This year rain was expected, so it became the 1st ANNUAL BOAT SHOW. Fortunately the rain held off and didn’t hamper an afternoon of “run what ya brung” smoky burnouts.

Pro-Fab is located in Whitehouse Junction, NJ and offers 60 years of expertise in precision metal fab body and chassis work for racecars, Pro Street cruisers, hot rods and customs.

The Oldwick Café Racers were invited and they made their presence known on the makeshift drag strip used for burnouts as well as wherever food was being served!
