Classic Driver’s Steve Wakefield channels Bob Grossman and Salvatore Tavano who finished 5th overall at Le Mans in 1959 in a California Spider.

It doesn’t get much better than top-down touring in France in a 460 horsepower rocketship that turns heads wherever it goes. Steve made the 900-mile roundtrip from Brussels for the Le Mans Classic, reminiscing about Grossman-Tavano’s Ferrari 250 California at Le Mans more than 50 years ago!
