The BMW i8 Concept Spyder is powered by groundbreaking BMW eDrive technology, consisting of an a 131-horsepower BMW electric motor, innovative battery technology and an intelligent engine management system, coupled with a TwinPower Turbo engine. Its three-cylinder internal combustion engine generates 223 horsepower.
With total power output in excess of 350 horsepower, the i8 can sprint to 62 mph in 5.0 seconds. It delivers Impressive performance as well as stunning Supercar styling, proving that you should never underestimate the potential of electricity!
