A.J. Mese races his late Dad’s rare 4-4-2 Post Sedan, an eighth-of-a-mile at a time.
A.J. Mese’s Dad, Buzz, turned a stock 4-4-2 into a racecar and then passed away when A.J. was just 16. Raced by his uncle until A.J. was old enough in 1970, the Olds has since been restored, caged and re-powered with a vintage 1968 455-inch Olds. Best times on the eighth-mile track in Sturgis, SD is 90 mph in 7.56 seconds. Buzz would be proud!
